IT Support Technician

Hours: Full Time
Wage: Depends on Experience

The position is responsible for responding to client service calls from within our office to troubleshoot and repair problems independently with minimal assistance, complete necessary paperwork and to participate in available training to advance. The position is responsible for providing remote desktop support to our clients as well as on site visits as needed.

Experience and Requirements are as follows:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in support Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, 8 and 10
- Desktop software such as Microsoft Office Suites
- Basic server support skills and understanding of Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, Outlook and Exchange
- Security software such as Anti-virus, Anti-SPAM, Anti-Spyware and other security related technologies
- On-call availability for 7-14 days per month
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable insured vehicle
- Good communication skills
- Reliable work record
- Experience with web-based applications.
- Break fix knowledge of PC and Server hardware
- Pass Background and MVD check
- Clear and polite telephone voice
- Experience is Required
- A+ Certification is beneficial
